Below are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding the Pebble Wifi Controller. If your question is not answered here, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Q. When I BlinkUp the LED just flashes Orange.
A. The BlinkUp process was unsuccessful, try again (Tip: try ticking “Legacy Mode”)
Q. When I BlinkUp the LED just flashes Red.
A. You have either chosen a wireless network that is either turned Off or not available or the password is wrong, try again (Tip: try ticking “Show Password”)
Q. When I BlinkUp the App shows “Timed Out”.
A. The BlinkUp process was unsuccessful, for either of the above reasons.
Q. The Heat-Pump / Air-Con was turned on with the remote supplied but the app still show Off.
A. There is NO feedback from the Heat Pump / Air Con to the Pebble Wi-Fi Controller so if you use the supplied remote the App has no idea that it has changed, we suggest you Do Not use the supplied remote (remove battery’s and store) but just use the Pebble Air app.
Q. Can more than one person have the Pebble Air app.
A. Yes the app can be loaded on as many Smartphones as you want, just share the app using the share button in “Settings” menu.
Q. Does the Pebble Air app allow you to control multiple units?
A. No, not at the moment but this feature will be added.
Q. Can you connect multiple Pebbles to one Pebble Air app?
A. No, not at the moment but we are working to develop this feature.
Q. Can the Pebble Wi-Fi Controller control more than one Heat-Pump / Air-Con.
A. Yes if the Heat-Pump / Air-Con are the same make and model and the Pebble Wi-Fi Controller’s IR Led’s have line of sight to the Heat-Pump / Air-Con.
Q. I can’t find my Heat-Pump / Air-Con model in the app.
A. The model refers to the model of the REMOTE CONTROL that came with your Heat-Pump / Air-Con NOT the actual Heat-Pump / Air-Con.
Q. If I replace my Heat-Pump / Air-Con with another make or model will my Pebble Wi-Fi Controller work.
A. Maybe. Check in you Pebble Air app that the make and REMOTE model is available in the “Setting” – “Select Remote” menu.
Q. Will you ship out of Auckland?
A. Of course. We will courier your Pebble to you anywhere in New Zealand.
