It’s easy – just buy any new Fujitsu heat pump before 31st July 2013, and fill in the entry form and send it in – it is that simple!

By participating in this promotion you are deemed to have accepted these below Terms and Conditions.
• The promotional period is from 1st March 2013 until 5pm on July 31st 2013.
• The entry form, along with a copy of your proof of purchase must be received by Fujitsu General New Zealand Ltd (“Fujitsu”) no later than 12th August 2013. Redemption forms received after 12th August 2013 will be deemed invalid. (Please note there will be no exceptions).
• The winner of this promotion will receive a Suzuki Swift GLX Auto, 5 door hatchback (Prize car).
• The Prize car cannot be exchanged for cash or other model and may differ from that pictured in promotional materials.
• The Prize car will be delivered to the winner’s nearest Suzuki dealer for pick up by a licensed driver nominated by the winner.
• The Prize car will be delivered with 12 months registration and warrant of fitness, 3 year/100,000km warranty, 5 year Suzuki roadside assistance and a full tank of fuel.
• Insurance of the car is the responsibility of the winner.
• To be entered into the draw, individuals must have purchased and had installed a new Fujitsu Heat Pump from any participating authorised retail outlet within New Zealand during the promotional period. No Heat Pump purchased on lay-by or on hold will be eligible. The Heat Pump must be paid for in full or on terms with an approved finance company to qualify for the promotional offer. Receipts of deposit payments will not be valid.
• If the Heat Pump purchased is returned for a refund or replaced with a Heat Pump which is not eligible for this promotion during the promotion, the entry is void.
• New Zealand residents including employees and directors of Fujitsu, its related Companies, or any agencies involved in this promotion, and the immediate families of each of those persons are eligible to participate in this promotion provided they purchase and have installed a new Heat Pump through a participating retail outlet within New Zealand during the promotional period.
• You may only submit one entry form per Heat Pump purchased.
• Please attach a copy of proof of purchase of the Heat Pump with this entry form. Purchase receipts will not be returned. If this is not completed the entry form will not be processed and will be deemed void.
• Only original entry forms with all details fully and legibly completed, together with a copy of the receipt will be eligible for entry into the draw.
• It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to forward the entry form and proof of purchase to Fujitsu. Fujitsu take no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected mail.
• Fujitsu reserve the right to extend, change or end this promotion at any time. If any participant is found to be abusing this promotion, Fujitsu may terminate their entry immediately. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Fujitsu is final.
